We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the cash register. Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience operating a cash register is preferred
- Familiarity with technical sales or jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Bilingual skills are an asset)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
